Additionally, following a strict lesson plan can lead to boredom and disengagement among students. Lastly some lesson plans can be inflexible and may need to be adjusted on the fly to respond to unexpected events. A lesson plan that is too rigid may make it difficult for the teacher to adapt to these changes.
