JUAN: CHEMISTRY.

Provide academic and emotional support to Kenny and Juan, helping them develop skills, promoting curiosity and critical thinking, preparing them to overcome obstacles and ensure their success in school.

-In my case, the experience of teaching children gives me the opportunity to develop planning skills and effective teaching organization.

-I also have the opportunity to do tutoring at the school.

-Another opportunity is that we have the support of the school and parents to develop the process.

-My students have the opportunity to stay at school easily, they have someone to bring them lunch, and they have no problems with tutoring.

-Another opportunity for my students is that they have the willingness and enthusiasm to learn.

-One obstacle for me is that since I have two children I don't know if I can meet the individual needs of each student.

-Another obstacle is effective communication with children, as well as with parents.

-Students may face moments of demotivation if they do not see immediate results.

-Another obstacle is personal commitments, such as class schedules or other responsibilities, which may interfere with the time available to devote to social work hours.

According to the opportunities and obstacles, the decision I can make is to periodically evaluate the progress of the students through the classes and adjust the learning strategies that fit my schedule to help them, and to always be motivated to do my best.

Set goals to help my students' academic improvement, emotional well-being and skill development tailored to Kenny and Juan's needs.

-Task 1: Meet my students for the first time

-Task 3:Implement Tutoring Sessions

-Task 4: Planning activities to help my students with their study and emotional support

-Task 5:Create two schedules, one with the timetable and study topics of the class and the other with the emotional activities of the class

-Task 6:Talk to the teachers in order to improve the process.

With this checklist in mind, I have already started with some tasks although I have not started with all of them,but this is my calendar.

1.April 19 to 23 /2024: Meet my students for the first time(I've already started it)

2.April 24 /2024:Planning my classes for them.(I've already started it)

3.April 25/2024:Implement Tutoring Sessions.(I've already started it)

4.April 30/2024: Planning activities to help my students with their study and emotional support

5.April 30/2024:Create two schedules, one with the timetable and study topics of the class and the other with the emotional activities of the class

6.May 6 /2024:Talk to the teachers in order to improve the process.

So far I have already started with some of the items on this list, but I still have a long way to go, but the most important thing is to continue with this process in the best way possible.
