Đặng Minh Phương.

Vietnam's most significant holiday is Tet Holiday. It's the moment individuals chill after a long year of study and effort. While some want family get-togethers, others like traveling. For me, Tet is the best time to be with my family.

First of all, Tet provides a rare opportunity for reconnection. Because many people reside distant from their families, Tet is when relatives come back, prepare cuisine, create bánh chưng, and wish one another good luck. These times provide warmth and link that travel cannot.

Second, Tet is connected with customs like altar cleaning, burial site visitation, and offering preparation. These events demonstrate respect and aid the youth in recalling their origins. Traveling is definitely interesting and restorative, but it can be done at any time. The Tet love and customs, nevertheless, only occur once per year.

Finally, Tet is For family reunions and customs, holiday is most valuable. Traveling is joyful, but the warmth of family is more precious.

Lê Nhật Quang

To choose between gathering with family or travelling is difficult for people nowadays. However, in my opinion we can both combine them together.

First of all, you can experience more traditional of Tet Holiday that you haven't known about it before with your family. Also, your family can relieve the stress to have a better and fresher state in new year. Finally, you can visit other relatives in different city to celebrate the holiday and wish for a better year with most people of the big family.

Last but not least, you could just have visited some famous and large pagoda. Next Tet is also a great occasion to strengthen your family relationship. Last of all have some special feast during Tet.

To conclude, Tet holiday is the most long-standing and famous festival. In my opinion the best way to reunion with your family during Tet is travelling.

Đinh Hạ Vy

Tet is one of the most important holidays in Vietnam, people spend time with family or travel. If I had to choose between two things to do with my family, I would choose to spend time with family because it helps us strengthen family ties and preserve traditional values. During Tet, spending time with family is very meaningful. Firstly, Tet strengthens family bonds, we can gather together to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes during Tet, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere. Moreover, meeting relatives during Tet is also an opportunity for us to send each other New Year greetings. This helps us understand each other better and maintain family ties. Secondly, Tet helps us keep traditional values. I get to participate in meaningful customs such as lucky money, which not only brings joy but also teaches me about respect between generations. Moreover, Tet is also an occasion to remember ancestors through worship. These traditional customs make Tet not only a holiday but also a foundation for preserving traditions through many generations. In the end, I prefer to celebrate Tet with my family rather than travel. Celebrating Tet at home not only strengthens family ties but also helps me preserve traditional values. For me, Tet is a time of love, gratitude and cultural pride, making it truly meaningful when shared with loved ones.

Thái Anh Khoa

Tet is the most important celebration in Vietnamese culture, some people want to spend time with their family, others prefer traveling. But personally, I believe that Tet is the time for family reunion because it strengthens family bonds and preserves cultural traditions.

Firstly, Tet is a rare opportunity for family gatherings after a busy year of work. Nowadays, many people focus to much on work or studying so they have no time sitting with their love ones. During Tet, we celebrate together, sharing meals, stories and simply being together creates strong memories that we will never forget and can't be replaced by any trip. These occasions serve as a reminder to everyone about the love and support that only family can give.

Secondly, celebrating Tet with family helps continue meaningful traditions Activities like making bánh chưng, visiting pagoda or paying tribute to our ancestors aren't only festivities but also teach younger generations about respect, their origins and Vietnamese culture. Traveling during Tet might be relaxing, but they don't give the same experience and feeling as practicing traditions does.

To conclude, even though traveling can be fun, I'd much rather spend time with my family. It is the best time to honor our traditions and strengthen relationships with loved ones, making the holiday truly meaningful.

Nguyễn Trí Dũng

Tet holiday is the most important festival in Vietnam. While some people believe it is the best time to travel, I prefer spending Tet with my family because it makes me feel connected and gives me a sense of tradition.

First of all, Tet is a rare chance for the whole family to be together. During the year, everyone is busy, so we don’t always have time to talk or share meals. When Tet comes, we can cook special food, visit relatives, and spend time with each other. These simple things make me feel happy and connected.

Another reason is that Tet with family helps me remember our culture. We clean and decorate the house, make bánh chưng, and give lucky money to children. These customs are not only fun but also meaningful, because they remind me of my childhood and of what my grandparents taught me. If I only travelled, I would probably miss these important traditions.

In conclusion, although travelling during Tet can be enjoyable, I believe staying with family is more important. It strengthens family bonds and helps me continue our traditions.

Bùi Bảo Quyên σ(^_^;)?

Tet Holiday, also as known as Lunar New Year, is on of the most known of it's colorful and warming ambience. Each families in Viet Nam has their own ways of celebrating their Tet New Year. Most of them choose to travel somewhere else than home with a mindset being that another year may starts new and fresh but in my opinion, staying home and enjoy a heart- warming Tet Holiday would be much better.

Firstly, not many families can afford any holiday services during Tet holiday since the prices to travel would be much more expensive. Worse, if wanting to travel with your extended family was an idea, the money wasted would be extremely massive or in some worse cases, it could lead to having multiple debts.

Secondly, staying at home and inviting family members to come over would be much more amazing. It doesn't cost a cent to visit your loved ones without going so far. Better than that, family members doesn't have to worry about any fees or money spent by staying overnight at one of their household so the holiday would be more natural and bonding. Plus, family members might help you with your houseworks or cooking.

To conclude, celebrating Tet Holiday at home is the better option to choose. No need to spend so much or anything, just a special bonding of family members.

🧍‍♂️
