Many people hate rainy days especially if that person is a type of person who loves/need to bring papers, books, magazine or any materials that easily gets wet and drying these materials uses a lot of time and effort which we all hate to happen.
  
      The proponents aim is to help students,  employees, etc. to worry less  about their bags getting wet.
