They developed a lifestyle, a village, a Tribe they made a way to tell who was the most superior they develpoed stories which told the younger generations how the sun moves and other stories they also had there own gods. So yeah they also knew what not to eat (Through trial and error) but they still did it and didn't harm new zealands waterways or dump toxic waste to kill our food sources they respected there enviroment unlike us!!!!!
