I feel that this artifact demonstrates the importance of community service, when you are doing customer service you are not just doing fundraisers, bake sales, no you are meeting with people, you are gaining and understanding of what they are going through in their life, you are being more present and taking care of them in a hands on approach. This is only one of the few approaches one may do service learning. Leading isn't only about telling others what to be doing however, showing the steps to getting there, makes a leader.
