         <description><![CDATA[<div>Choose a work of art from one of the art movements reviewed in class using a google image search or one of the websites linked below.<br><br>Post the image to this class Padlet page with a written summary of the artwork.<br><br>The summary should include at least one description about the piece's aesthetic, one comment about the conceptual aspects of the piece, and one analysis about the art's relation to the time period when it was created.<br><br>Write the artist's name, title of the work, and date the work was made.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Vega Noir is an oil painting by artist Victor Vasarely from the Op Art movement. Vega Noir is one of Vasarely's Vega series which are based on spherical distortions to a polychromatic grid. Op art was an artistic movement focused on optical illusion art that typically gives viewers the impressions of movement, hidden images, flashing and vibrating patterns, or swelling and warping.</div>]]></description>
