         <description><![CDATA[<div>Weavers originally worked in their homes using their own looms, rather than in factories. Machines eventually replaced traditional weavers due to their efficiency and ability to spin large amounts of yarn at the same time. Cotton mills were the first factories of the industrial revolution. Inventions like the flying shuttle, spinning jenny, water frame and crompton's mule were all made to produce cotton and wool on quantity.</div>]]></description>
