So there is no space since to playt here was on ly boat racing so they found a way to play

the charter's first had a problem with playing because on their village there was nothing underneath but water  and the people where saying that they could not do it or that they will never be good at playing because of where they lived . but they learned that if they want to reach their dream's they would first half to  make their own pitch and net's and get a ball in order to play .

Conclusion 
they learned that when somebody try's to get you down don't let them even if they though that you would not be able to do it .you can prove them wrong .

What dose it show 
It show's that in chapter 5 Charlie Bumper's Teacher is very strict and when she make's a rule she say's " In Mrs Burke's empire there is no talking over other'" 
 

Support #1: The charter learn's that his teacher is strict because whenever she make's a rule it might make you a better Lerner and make you a better student
