En ég hef mjög jákvæða reynslu af umbunarkerfi fyrir barnið mitt sem er með ADHD.

En eftir að hafa farið á PMT foreldrafærninámskeið fannst mér þær aðferðir sem kendar voru þar nýst mér mun betur fyrir mitt barn. Eins og t.d. umbunarkerfin.
