  1. Use existing service teams nowadays such as FoodPanda and GrabFood
  2. Explain the problem in simple terms, tell them why you need to transfer the call to another team member, and how that person can better help the situation.
  3. Whatever the issue, giving the customer an apology, explanation, and reassurance is a must.
  4. Add live chat. Live chat allows handling multiple chats at the same time, which helps agents deliver faster responses
