For some teachers this has resulted in immediate and powerful shifts. Right now, our school and district in general is emphasizing restorative justice, which is great. However, I fear that Deeper Learning may fall by the wayside and it's on me alone to save it. (Dramatic, I know).

Our (relatively new) staff is feeling overwhelmed by so many of the "basics" of engaging students in class.
