one thing I have learnt

I learnt that the depression went in and out of focus such as it was fixed for a wile but then the money was bad ages and they went Brock

a instance that i have bean thue that think I showed resilance was when i did the t pusill in class because i did not work the forst or seciond time that i did the pusill it did not work and it was really fustrating but me and cristall soon figerd out a way to get past this diylemer we tryed a difryont way. we tryed to put the puzzle pieces in diyangiilly and it had finally worked this is resilience because we did not give up and we keeped on trying when things got hard and it seamed inposabilll .
100 words 500 carters

saving money: the children in this story show resilience by saving money like in this story it says "my mother made all most all my cloths" showing that they did what they could to save money and there mother shows this when the she says "her own homemade remedy for almost everything" meaning that even medicines where made and not bout to save money for there families but the medicines where not the niceiset as it says "the forceful admission of foul elixirs"

another thing that showed up in this story was the childhood expectance of how they lived and how things where going during the time of the grate depression this was showed when the children said "we lived our own lives and accepted things as they where" this surprises me because they where completely fine with how they lived and did not want or expect any thing more from there families it could also mean that they did not know any other why or want any other way because they could not see any other way of life in there community's meaning that everyone was in the same position as they where going through the same thing aka no one was rich and no one was pore
