To reduce workplace strain injuries management can employ different ways to lessen the risk of repetitive motion injuries. Such as providing proper training while also checking up to make sure that the employees are actually using the training. Also having a early reporting of any injuries or symptoms will help reduce problems, and accepting and listening to new ideas to combat these problems will help.

I learned that employers could end up spending a lot of money if their employees privacy is exposed in the dark web. Employers and employees are often victims of identity theft and companies have spent millions hiring out technology consultants to protect their information and assets. Employees often wonder if their employer are monitoring their private emails. Each company has to work with the IT department to develop privacy policy that best fits their organization.
