         <description><![CDATA[<div>I really like how detailed the scenarios were for each of the activities; they were well thought out. For the final activity I liked the combination of applying the theory and also experiencing firsthand through the manipulation. I learned that many of these theories overlap. For example, GST has specific and measurable goals like SMART goals theory, GST has feedback also like self regulation theory.<br><br></div>]]></description>
