일단 좋은 연수를 진행해주셔서 감사하다는 말씀부터 전하고 싶습니다. 나름 수업 시간에 여러가지 툴로써 아이들에게 다양한 방식으로 접근하고 있다고 자신하고 있었는데, 제가 우물 안 개구리였음을 또 한 번 깨닫게 되었습니다^^;
수업을 진행하고 가르치다 보면 어쩔 수 없이 타협해야 하는 부분이 늘 발생하기 마련입니다. 그런 순간과 맞닥뜨릴 때마다, 예전에는 그래도 최대한 제 열정과 에너지를 발휘해 관철하진 못 하여도 우회는 하였습니다만 근래는 바쁜 행정 업무 등을 핑계로 그냥 흘려버리곤 했었는데… 이번 연수를 통해 그런 저 자신의 모습을 다시 되돌아보며 조금 부끄럽다고 느끼게 되었습니다.
