·      Understand our leadership roles based on our racial identity
·      Provide opportunities for affinity work AND working collectively because that is how we have greatest power to dismantle racism.
·      Meeting affiliates where they are at and supporting their efforts to become anti-racist organizations. 

-Come up with a shared analysis.
-Have a shared vocabulary and shared language around racial justice.
-Provide training for the executive board.
-Get clear about our leadership roles based on our racial identities.
-Meeting affiliates where they are at and supporting them in engaging in racial justice work.
