It could also be the director telling people how to use a prop or when to introduce it into the scene.&nbsp;<br><br>This picture is an example of stage directions, because it tells the character when to feel a certain emotion or act in a certain way. In the first line, the stage direction is for the character Katie to act amused. </div>]]></description>
