We are entering an era in which manual tasks are increasingly being carried out by machines and computer software. As a result, interpersonal skills are especially relevant for new hires and can be the differentiating factor between two candidates with the same technical abilities.
Empathy and the ability to work as part of a team or establish friendships with co-workers are becoming increasingly important skills that will be asked increasingly of  all workers.

Creativity
Shouldn’t be afraid to take risks or to fail, innovation and progress are otherwise not possible. we have to create an environment in which we are allowed to fail and make mistakes without repercussions. This encourages us to experiment and to innovate and help the company grow.

Ethics-wise, machines won’t be able to have feelings like humans do, so there may be things autonomous machines will do that humans will find morally incorrect. An example would be the Terminator franchise.
In time, all humans will adapt to a new age or situation, however, machines aren’t able to adapt as well as humans do and this may be a problem if a situation that hasnt been accounted for occurs

To aquire flexibilty as a skill, one should embrace ambiguity and learn to be open to change. Accept that things will not go the way you want it to be all the time and learn to accept reality.
Critical thinking: Able to analyze a information objectively and make a reasonable decision. It is important so as to ensure that the best decision is made. 
To acquire critical thinking, one should rigorously question ideas and assumptions instead of just accepting the information that was given. Identify, analyse and solve systematically instead of using intuition.
