1 tile = 12in x 24in = 288 sq in
144 sq in = 1 sq ft
288 sq in x 1 sq ft/144 sq in = 2 sq ft
each tile will cover 2 sq ft

99 sq ft / 2 sq ft = 49.5 
49.5/16 = 3.09 
I will need 49.5 tiles in order to cover my bathroom floor or 3 cases and 1 and a half extra tile.
49.5 x $5.02 = $248.49
3 x $80.72 = $242.16
$242.16 + (2)$5.02 = $252.20

It would be cheaper to buy per tile opposed to by the case.
