New ideas related to activities of reflection like think pair share

one question i have is that how to improve on Reflection skills .

But now I added that having that with the reflection of actions being taken at home by both children and teachers can make the world better around us .

A child can also come up with ideas as an inquirer and as a teacher I can reflect to their ideas to make them the thinkers .

The leaner profile can help us create the environment for the students to work on their developing areas where they can be better person and we will help them to work on their personality and holistic development.

The challenge would be not having the developing area ... We have to keep on learning even if one think that I have achieved this area . Having said that I am an inquirer and stopped working then it won't work .

Extend - learnt about the same through activities

Plan the engagements in different settings in more creative way before the beginning of classes according to the time available.

Area to reflect: I would like to provide more agency to learners in classroom by allowing them to share responsibility and allowing them to choose what to learn next

Action plan: will conduct more group activities and be like a facilitator. Also will like give more opportunities to the learners to reflect upon their learning

Walking in the queue whenever they are going outside while being disciplined and curious .

create - I think I will plan to take them out to play when the weather is not too hot . So that they can move more freely to talk freely about what they have learned . As I have mentioned above .

Roti donation for the poors has made notable impact in eradicating the hunger.

Rewards - If appreciation is done or given stars or smile to motivate them .

Parents themselves can take the sessions regarding the topic as a guest speaker.

School management can help by approving the proposal of the same

And arranging the group meeting of teachers and workshop sessions also

Further I beleive that I would need to communicate more with my co teachers to reflect on their ideas and adding mine to make better plans and skills to impact the classroom

I will enhance this skill by involving it more in my teaching learning process and also will show more curiosity in my daily life by using thinking skill.

If i will involve these skills into my unit plan it will lead to holistic development of the learners. Hence it will have positive reinforcement in their growth and learning
