         <description><![CDATA[<div>Created by delegates in Virginia, the plan stated that there would be three branches of government. The three branches were the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial, all branches have the power to check each other. The plan also called for a bicameral legislature, this allowed the number of representatives to come from the number of their population, the larger the population the more votes a state got.</div>]]></description>

The New Jersey Plan called for unicameral legislature , meaning every state got one note no matter their population. Sadly when voted and talked on the new jersey plan was rejected.</div>]]></description>
