The qualities that make someone a good leader is how they put others before themselves, and they inspire them into a good, positive, and helpful direction. They try to bring out your best qualities, and tell you that you should never give up. A bad leader thinks about only what's good for them, and they make sure that they are always in a better position than you, so they prevent you from being your best. They wouldn't really care if you improve or not.
