         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Preheat oven to 400˚F.</p></li><li><p>Place potatoes directly on oven rack in the center of the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender through the center.</p></li><li><p>Remove from oven and cool potatoes for about 15 minutes.</p></li><li><p>Slice each potato in half lengthwise and hollow each half out, scooping the potato flesh into a mixing bowl.</p></li><li><p>Turn each potato half over and carefully slice the bottoms with a knife (making sure not to slice through the hollowed enters) so each potato is level.&nbsp;<em>This will really help keep everything intact when the eggs are added to the hollowed potatoes.&nbsp;</em></p></li><li><p>Add butter and cream to the potato filling and mash together until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and stir together.</p></li><li><p>Spread 1 tablespoon of potato mixture into the bottom of each hollowed potato skin and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese (you will have some remaining mashed potato left to nibble on).</p></li><li><p>Add 1 rasher bacon to each half and top with a raw egg.</p></li><li><p>Place potatoes onto a baking sheet and return to the oven.</p></li><li><p>Lower oven temperature to 375˚F and bake potatoes until egg whites just set and yolks are still runny, 18 to 24 minutes.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

Whisk together the mascarpone with powdered sugar and yuzu juice. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined. Keep chilled until ready to use.</p></li><li><p>Whisk together the eggs, milk, water, vanilla extract and butter in a large bowl. Sift together the flour, powdered sugar, and salt directly into the bowl with the wet ingredients and whisk until well combined.</p></li><li><p>Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a nonstick saute pan over medium heat. Add ¼ cup batter to the pan and swirl the pan to create an even layer. Cook until the crepe becomes lightly golden, about 2 minutes. Flip over and cook on the other side for another minute. Remove from heat and keep warm while cooking the remaining batter.</p></li><li><p>Assemble the crepes. Spread the yuzu cream on the crepes and place dollops of the jam on top. Fold the crepe in quarters and place it on a plate. Top with fresh berries and sprinkle powdered sugar. Serve immediately.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>There’s more to lunch than sandwiches and salads (although those aren't so bad, either). Whether you’re at home, headed to the office or packing a brown bag lunch for school, these delicious recipes are sure to fit the bill. </p><p><br/></p><p>Recipe List:</p><p>1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the zucchini slices with the oil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Grill until tender and slightly browned, about 4 minutes per side.</p><p><br/></p><p>2. Spread 1/4 cup of the hummus over each piece of bread. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of pine nuts on top. Top with 3 slices of zucchini, 2 pieces of red pepper, 1/2 cup of the spinach, a few sliced onions, and 1 tablespoon of the mint. Roll each of them up and cut in half on a diagonal. </p><p><br/></p><p>3.
