         <description><![CDATA[<div>Before confronting the two friends, I would try to develop an understanding of the problem and then the different opinions. There are always pros and cons to different solutions. Once you have developed why your friends have decided upon the solution, help them value the other perspective by exemplifying the fault of their idea and the positive of their friends opinion. Ultimately, you can try to convince them may never be successful. Help them realize the significance of their friendship and insignificance of the small fight.</div>]]></description>
