         <title>FCS stakeholders are struggling to align the many resources (ie; SSTs, programming, intervention supports, teacher buy-in for curriculum decisions, program fidelity, teacher voice, etc.) to close achievement gaps as they work to support the whole child. Highly trained teachers are actively learning and practicing the various components of teaching foundational literacy skills including best practices, that so many of our students are still developing. There is a gap in building level communication and district level communication that causes a frustrating or confusing disconnect.</title>
