         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Problem: </strong>Negative &amp; hurtful comments by peers (unintentional)<br><strong>Solutions:</strong> Creating more awareness/ modelling positive behaviour<br><br><strong>Problem:</strong> Students who are quiet and unintentionally left out <br><strong>Solutions: </strong>Seating arrangement to pair up those who are more outgoing with those who may be quieter (explicit about helping one another)<br><br><strong>Problem: </strong>Siva's alone for recess/ behavioural changes/ parents MIA for parent-teacher convos<br><strong>Solutions: </strong>Speak to Siva alone (one-on-one time) and have an open conversation to build relationship. Provide opportunities to open up during class discussions to boost his confidence. Communicate with fellow subj trs on the situation. Encourage peers to befriend Siva.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Look at seating arrangement. Try to make the seat with someone they have not interacted or work with.<br><br>2. Set up a buddy system.<br><br>3. Nominate peer support leaders in class to help students who are struggling with interaction.<br><br>4. Get students who are on track academically to those who are weaker to motivate them.<br><br>5. During FGTP, get some ice breaker games and check in to encourage students to get to know one another more. (E.g. how are they feeling 1-5, they motivate one another high-5 one another after they share their thoughts)<br><br>6. Peter - to speak to him personally and check in on him. Call the parents to see if there are other factors affecting Peter's performance in school. Counseling - get a counselor to assess him and his possible learning needs.&nbsp;<br><br>7. Peter - create a calm-down corner for Peter or any other students with emotional needs.<br><br>8. Celeste - assign 1-2 buddies to help celeste get adjusted.<br><br>9. Celeste - Communicate via email to the mom to assure her. Or any other parents via email. </div>]]></description>

Good to have a close contact with his parents to understand the family background or problems at home. <br><br>2. To teach students during CCE about communication with peers. Ask student to list out negative comments that they might have heard before and think about how to convert to positive comment. <br><br>3. Teachers to give specific grouping instead of allowing students to choose their own group to avoid left out students. </div>]]></description>
