Be it online or not, we must fulfill this role. From today's experience with online coaching, it has been fun and challenging for me as I have to come up with some ways for them to stay interested in what I am going to teach. Since, I am not in their presence when teaching them the skill, I have used a coaching software called Coach's Eye which I have paid for it. With this tool, I am able to show them how the skill is being done and correct their positions when they send me their performance video due to the fact that they would not be getting any kinesthetic feedback from me.

 From today's lesson I have also learnt how to develop my own PBA tool to assess my athlete's ability to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned from today's lesson. I have a positive attitude towards online coaching as it is another way we can interact with our athletes while keeping a safe distance away from each other due to the pandemic.
