对幼儿的关心爱护，平等正确地对待全体幼儿，尊重每个幼儿的差异性。要做到身体还有心理上的关心照顾，我们需要保护幼儿的一日安全，关心他们身体的变化，是否受伤是否不舒服等等，维护好幼儿的权益。每天关注幼儿的情绪，对幼儿的言语要适当，要给幼儿肯定、鼓励。当他们的情绪出现异样时，也要及时进行询问和安慰，做到全面关爱幼儿。

When they are nurtured to be honest, they will overcome their fear to speak the truths even if they have done actions that upset their peers or teachers in any way. A lot of children are afraid to speak the truth as they are afraid of various ways of reprimand like time-out. 作为老师我们也要尊重孩子的自尊心，不要打压孩子的积极性，避免使用语言暴力，
尊重孩子说话的权力，批评孩子要给解释的机会。
培养孩子的独立思考。有时想法幼稚不要给唯一答案，适当鼓励它们创新的想法。
老师对孩子不偏心、要一视同仁，不能因为孩子学习好坏或听话与否对同一件事有不同处理方式。
让孩子有选择的权利，孩子做选择时要分析利与弊，承担选择后果，培养责任意识。

By showing care and concern to our children, they will be safe and warm in the school. They will be able to trust us and aware that teachers are there for them.

Everyday we demonstrate care for the children no matter what the age group is, hence they will be able to display it towards their friends too.
