It is easy to make. It made enough to have for two nights. It has got the ingredients everyone would have. you could have it with nachos
Cons: if you muck up and it didn't taste right, bumer. what if one person in your family is gluten free and the others not. what if you didn't have enough cheese or pasta.  Someone could be allergic to it. It was really easy to follow because the instructions were clear. We put in some chopped up carrot and that made it yummy.  
Cons-It needed more Pasta.
