For my first Sketch, it was sloppy, and after knowing to fill up 75% of the book, the techniques were the depth so you can the recent drawings of the depth on it.

I learned from her work that she was moving her body while making art. What I did was I laid on the ground and moved my arms up, and my thinking was, you can make art with anything.

My item was the journal since that's the main focus, I added other items to it since it won't be as empty.

Line Weight

I chose a river because it shows the line and depth, and the viewing makes it look 3D. My strong areas was the coloring but needed more work on the trees.

Still Life

My object was the journal, and I applied the frame, the baseball, and the back part of the fabric. My results show that I did a amazing job on the shading, but needed more work on the background.

Honestly, I learned a lot from this class, especially the still life project and line Weight. My goal for Q2 so far will be able to draw portraits or any poses since I learned a lot especially the basics.
