Because of that I feel that is important to develop and share experience. 
Maths is a subjet that we need to give to the learners the importance and the pleasure.  

During all this years feeling that kind of " maths are terrible" I was looking for new methods and approaches for teaching and learning. 

I envoy the joy of my students during the classes when at the end they come to me and say : "teacher maths isn't so difficult" :))) 

And because of that all I joined teachers training. 

I hope this one become one of the differents one I could share and work with my colleges too.

I think this video is very important and I absolutely agree. It shows the different ways of working with our students- develloping, skills, competences and  of course knowlegde. classroom are organized like this one. In my school that the way , the tradicional one. Nowadays the number os students are increasing, so the space is smal. I use to work in pairs or individually. We have a computer, wifi( with lots of dificulties, but exists), a whiteboard or black one. Somteimes we use smartphones to work with - Socrative, plickers and some others. I use them too and Geogebra . Althought smartphones are forbiden but we can use it just for learning. The photo is a yesterday class where one student shows a powerpoint about Pi for all colleges. 2.3 The role of trends & stakeholders

I absolutely agree involving stakeholders- the comunity, students, teachers, parents, public and private institutions in order to povide and enrich tne school. School must be a place were students and teachers work but in articulation/collaboration with diferents ways of "seeing" things. In my school there some projects with diferents organizations and it is very good. Excellents ideas in this videos . Good ideas, new ideas that I am going to experiment in my activities. Now I am using, Socrative, Plickers, Google docs and forms, quizlet, kahoot. All of them love this apps but is difficult to use because some of them don´t have smartphones and the internet is not very good.
