Measles have been silently spreading in children and families throughout Arizona and Utah. Cases have skyrocketed to about 1700 in just this year alone, but many are suspecting more. Because many patients denied testing, medical professionals are struggling to pinpoint how large this new outbreak actually is. They are encouraging vaccinations and asking parents to not treat it like its "just a small case of the measles."

Five people were injured early Sunday in a shooting on a pedestrian mall near the University of Iowa campus in downtown Iowa City, according police.

At least three University of Iowa students were among those injured, according to the school's president.

Iowa City Police Department officials said the gunfire erupted after a "large fight" broke out on the pedestrian mall around 1:46 a.m. local time. "Multiple victims" were injured in the shooting, police said in a statement at the time. They later said that they had identified five victims in total, one of whom was in critical condition. The remaining victims were in stable condition, according to police.

It will have 2 runways and a capacity of 60 million in phase one, and plans to grown to 110 million passengers. It will feature outdoor, and indoor spaces which is common in Africa, so when you arrive you feel as if you walked into Africa.

Fernando Mendoza has been chosen with the first pick in the NFL draft. After the Raider's horrible season last year, there is finally some hope. Fernando won both the Heisman and National Championship at Indiana last season. Many people are excited to see what he can do in the NFL.

At the NFL draft the Raiders selected Fernando Mendoza as the first draft pick of the night. Mendoza is a Heisman trophy winning quarterback from the Indiana Hoosiers. He led them to their first national championship in their history with a perfect record of 16-0. He also won the Associated Press Player of the Year and the Davey O'Brian Award as the nations top quarterback.

Apparently, when he was 10 years old, he was on the verge on quitting football, and when he was in his senior year, he almost quit again. But, now Fernando Mendoza can say he is the franchise quarterback for the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Rams made a super surprising pick by choosing Ty Simpson at No. 13. A lot of people thought it was a reach, and even Sean McVay seemed surprised. It looks like they want Simpson to maybe replace Matthew Stafford later on. Stafford might not play much longer, so the Rams are thinking ahead. Dallas also made some really good picks for their defense. The draft was full of big linemen, too. Overall, teams were taking chances and trying to build for the future.
