it is so weird and sad to understand that soon we are not going to be colleagues any more. We have been working together only for 1 year, but it is unbelivable how much we have created and learned together. It's crazy how much we've both learned and achieved together over the past year. Three touchpoints we had, the first one with Tilly, then Newsbeat and finally Data.ON website. With Tilly, you just needed a couple comments and feedback, afterwards I saw how you grew in product management, from offer to delivery. With Newsbeat and website, it was simply incredible how Maria and you could catch up with web development, Git and Azure after a couple trainings from my side, to fully own its operations and even started experimenting with new features. 

I'm simply marveled on how you tackeled the challenges you faced at this team, and really hope you keep it up in your new role. You will definitely be missed, but at same time I'm super happy that you can make use of this new opportunity in front of you. Wish you all the best and hope we can have a beer together when I visit the UK!
