As in, of course we can't be objective. However, when I think about the ways in which the idea of objectivity undergirds white supremacist culture, I immediately think of religion, especially Christianity. In Christianity, as in many other religions, there is "one right way." In a literal interpretation of the bible, there is one explanation of events that is correct or "objective." So, I think that part of what makes conversations about white supremacy culture so difficult for some people is the implied criticism of a value system, such as Christianity. And, in white supremacy, Christianity is by far the dominant religious value system. We should not overlook the fact that there is a kind of relative humanism demanded by the embrace of something other than "objectivity."
