This model has five different outcomes: Competing, Collaborating, Compromising, Accommodating, and Avoiding. Ex: You and your classmates have to decide on a topic for your research paper, but you all have different ideas and interests. Depending on how you handle conflict, will depend on the outcome of the situation.</div>]]></description>
