The biggest and most important thing to look at first would be that she had a distended abdomen. Your abdomen is located in your stomach, and if it's distended, it is most likely to cause pain, hence a possible reasoning to her taking the aspirin. We also know that when Anna's body was found, she tested positive for edema, a health issue where fluid builds in or in between the tissues, and causes swelling to happen.
