In my understanding, mentoring is a process where a head teacher leads a teacher into, not only professional and pedagogical work in their schools, but also leading them into a proactive role in their schools. Proactive meaning learning to ask, search and discover how can a young teacher feel well and do their jobs effectively and with regards to an adequate relationship towards teaching and a healthy life-work balance,

what types of mentoring there are and what mentoring for wellbeing is.

For me the mentoring is an action for the young teachers through the expert teachers! It is a a collaborative work for ECTs by emoțional support, by a methodological guide and a reliable man for building the proffesion!

In this way is creating a balance into personal and profesional life!

One of the most beautiful aspects of mentoring is the direction. If we know what direction we're going in, then it's easier to plan our path. Such a relationship should bring professional partners together.
