I don't see myself as someone remarkable as compared to my peers. But I guess—as the saying goes—My character can be seen from the people I surround myself.

Physical

From my home, my family are people who prioritizes practicality and comfort over style. And that can be seen through how I dress myself. I tie my hair up enough to have it out of my way, but I don't bother to style it differently to look proper because the phrase "I'm just going to school." Had always echoed through my thoughts. That's how I see myself, at least.

Social

I am a daughter and a sister. Being the eldest, I bear a responsibility that I found myself carrying even though my parents had reassured me that I shouldn't be thinking too much about. It's something that isn't forced upon me, but I carry it willingly out of love for them.

I rarely ask my closest friends of what I am to them, and it's something that I would rather let them show me through their actions. And they have loved me countless times, I couldn't thank them enough.

Spiritual

I've found myself believing that it's better to think of myself as lowly and strive to become someone better, someone kinder, more content. To cover the eyes of my prideful ego and remain as someone who—through this intentional blindness—sees the world as more beautiful than I can ever deserve. And I will not take anything for granted.

Ideal

I want to be someone who isn't so helpless. I want to be a shoulder to lean on, and someone who provides for the people who have done so much for me. From my parents, to the person who allowed me to call when I felt like breaking. I want to be someone who finally trusts God wholeheartedly, and just be content. A stable foundation. That's what I want to be.

I take care of myself by eating at the right times and keeping my portions under control. I also work out regularly and make sure I sweat to stay active and healthy.

I am a son, a brother, and a boyfriend. As the eldest, I have many responsibilities at home. I truly value my loved ones they are the reason I keep going. Through everything I’ve faced, they’ve always been there for me, supporting me and helping me in every way.

Spiritual

I’ve known Jesus Christ since I was a child, and even after everything my family has been through, my faith in Him remains strong. I believe He is preparing me for something greater, and I just need to keep trusting Him and wait for His perfect timing.

Ideal

"I’ve been a Born Again Christian since birth because my parents met at our church, where they were both choir members.  I’ve been singing in the choir myself since I was just two years old, and it’s been such a big part of my life. I truly believe in the promise that God will never leave us nor forsake us, as stated in Hebrews 13:5. I’ve really felt the truth of that verse, especially after losing my dad in 2023. Since then, I’ve never felt forsaken by God. He has become my one and only father, guiding me wherever I go. He knows everything about me, and I can honestly say He is my everything."

I am the eldest daughter and I have a younger brother - 7 years age difference. I am the typical strict ate and I also struggle showing my affectionate side to him. Due to our age difference, I am quite struggling in adjusting with our difference. Meanwhile, to my friends I am the so called "Mother of the group" I tend to act like a mother to them whenever they are struggling due to heartbreaks and different struggles in life.

On the other hand, I am an active church member. I am a proud Christian Protestant. I am part of the technical committee, and I used to be a choir member, but because of the struggles in commuting and schedules I stopped being a member of it. But despite that, I always try to attend different activities whenever I can.

I always wonder what my Ideal self is actually. I have always struggled in choosing what path I go to. But despite that I think my Ideal self would be a person who loves giving back to people. I want myself to be successful so that I could achieve my other dreams.

Physical Self

Physically, my looks are just average. I make up for it by being hygienic like: dressing well, and making sure I always smell nice. Aside from this, I also take care of myself by eating on time, not overeating, and not eating too little either.

Social Self

I consider myself as an ambivert. I don't usually start conversations with people I don't know, but when they talk to me first, that's when I respond. But when I am with my friends, I become talkative and feel safe expressing myself. In our family, I'm the youngest of three siblings, I've grown up being the one looked after, but also someone who brings energy to the family. In my previous school, I'm well known because of my active participation in clubs or organizations, which allowed me to know and connect with many people. My communication skills and leadership skills were also honed because of my experience of being a student leader.

Spiritual Self

My spiritual self is the core of who I am—that seeks meaning, purpose and guidance beyond the physical and material aspects of life. I am a Born again - Christian who grew up in a family that serves the Lord, with my father being a church leader. Ever since childhood, I've been taught about the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, which shaped my values and beliefs. Today, I serve God through my talents by being part of the worship team in our church, by being both a musician and a member of the multimedia team. My spiritual self always reminds me to be grateful and trust in God's plan.

Ideal Self

I want to become the best version of myself—someone who continues to grow in wisdom, leadership, and faith. Someone who is responsible, independent, and passionate. I work out daily to maintain my healthy being. I am also very strict to my diet to make my body function well. I also value discipline. Discipline is the most important factor to be healthy.

Social

I am a son, and a brother of two siblings. My relationship between my parents is the most important thing to me. They provide me all of my needs and supports us to our aspirations of being something good in life. They are the ones that will always be there for us siblings. I always value they're love to us.

Spiritual

As a Catholic, I always believe in God. The bond that wasn't meant to be broken, I always put my trust in God. With God, my life became more flexible. I can do any risk with my life without worrying about the outcome, because I know that God made me do that decision, "everything happens for a reason".

Ideal

I want to be a better person. I always seek for growth, for a future me. I want to be a good son for my parents, to repay the things that they've had done to me and to my siblings. I also want to be better at loving the person that I am currently with now.

Physical Self

I love how I look. I am beautiful, and I know I’m eye-catching HAHA EME. Every time I go out, I fix my hair, put on makeup, and dress well. In my family, they always call me “madame” because of how classy and extravagant I look. I explore all kinds of styles, and I’m still figuring out what I’ll stick with for the long run.

When it comes to hygiene, I love being super clean. I have so many products for my face, body, mouth, and hair. I double cleanse my face, use shea body scrubs and butters, apply leave-on conditioner and hair oils to keep my hair shiny and silky, and I floss and use a tongue scraper to avoid bad breath.

As for body weight, I’m normal. Sometimes I overeat because I looooooove food! It makes my heart and tummy happy. But I don’t really worry about it, because I work out at home to burn it off.

Social Self

I am a social butterfly. You can ask anyone, and they’ll agree. I just really love interacting with people—it excites me. I even remember one time when I ate at Dunkin’ alone. I saw a kid and asked if he wanted to eat with me. He said yes, and we ate donuts together while talking about his life.

Even if I don’t know someone, I can still easily interact with them. But sometimes it depends on my mood and instinct. I kinda know if I’ll vibe with a person or not. If not, then nope—I won’t force it.

As a friend, back in my old school, I was like their mother. They even call me “mom”. I took care of my friends and helped them whenever they needed me. As a sibling, since I’m the middle child, I act like the baby sometimes, but at the same time I’m also an ate to my younger brother. As a student, I think I just act like a good person. I help whenever I can, without expecting anything back.

Spiritual Self

My core belief is simple: just be a good person. Treat everyone nicely, and good things will come back. And when I say everyone, I don’t just mean people—I also mean animals. I believe a person shows their real kindness in how they treat animals. I am an advocate for stray animals, and it really breaks my heart to see how badly some people treat them.

Ideal Self

As I said earlier, I want to become a diva, icon, and queen. It’s in my name—Reign. I will reign always, in all ways, because it’s my destiny to help the strays.

I want to be the best version of myself. I pray to become rich so I can help every stray animal in the world. That’s what my heart truly desires, and I know the Lord wouldn’t put me in this situation if I wasn’t capable of doing it.

Physical self

I have small eyes and a resting bitch face, if I do not smile, I may come off as mean or masungit to people. I love cleaning myself and smelling nice. I spray a ton of floral perfume onto my body and clothes daily. My health deteriorated during the pandemic, and now I get sick from any minor inconvenience.

Social self

I am an introvert. I love spending my alone time, but I love to spend quality time with the people I am close to. When I get comfortable with someone, I get loud and almost never shut up. I tend to annoy the people I like because it shows that I am interested in them.

Spiritual self

I am someone who holds great significance for Papa God. I love to pray on my own and appreciate his existence in various ways through prayer and reminding myself that for everything I do, he is the reason behind it, and that everything has a reason, a lesson that teaches me how to deal and live with life.

Ideal self

I want to live life at peace. I want to live life with a lot of money, with someone who loves me deeply, and a mansion. I want to be highly educated, I want to be kinder, and I want to share my kindness with other people who are in need.

I am a mosaic of the people I love, treasure, find pleasure in spending time with, and of the things I enjoy, appreciate, and love to create. I was born on June 27, 2006, and although I am yet to fully bloom since the day I was born, I have collected enough experiences to give myself an identity I can call my very own. I prefer all my peers to call me by the name I gave myself— June. This isn't completely because of my birthmonth, for it came to me in a spiritual manner. For like the start of summer in June, I wish to carry myself around people as something real and a breath of fresh air.

The Physical Self

In terms of my physical appearance, I often experience the feeling of body dysmorphia, so I dress myself as I please, often androgynously— I enjoy my masculine taste in clothes most of the time, but I am also fond of feeling pretty and looking pretty. 

I take care of my body by having proper hygiene, making sure I look neat, and the habit of doing stretching from time to time on a daily basis. 

The Social Self

Growing up as an only child and first grandchild, I have always treated most of my closest friends as if they are an extension to my family. My friendship with my best friends is a quintessential platonic love, I feel as though no matter what, we will always stay connected for what we hold for each other ever since continues to grow with time. 

I find myself in poor skills when it comes to big leadership responsibilities at school, but in my experience with working with people/my classmates, I do perform well in helping accomplish big projects, handing out tasks for efficiency of work, and planning.

When it comes to love, I am in a committed relationship of 3 years and counting. To simply sum up my role in the relationship, my love language is quality time and gift-giving— not extravagantly, I exert a huge amount of effort and trying despite the time it will consume, so I could achieve my ideas, such as crafting paper flowers, collections of poetries, love letters, scrap books, original songs, packing meals, and more. 

The Spiritual Self

I believe in believing and trying, despite everything. That if we believe and try, we somehow already make things start to happen. I still find myself day-to-day learning from others when it comes to certain values, and the good I find in that is the openness and willingness to grow that I have in me.

The Ideal Self

I have built and continue to build my life around art, in all hopes to recognize what true beauty there is in existence, and to share what I find. Like Dostoyevsky believed, “Beauty will save the world".
