Many times, I marvel at

how a woman really may

have so much inner grace

and to be so loved as well.

That kind-hearted people type

does not occur in flowerpots.

They appear from time to time,

but not the way the mushroom grows.

Goddess Fortune once decided

that she was a sun for all

and if she didn’t have much time

she always found it and some more.

We all would like Linda to stay

longer than what was required.

However, the bells have rung

and it’s her retirement time.

There is no one that would want

her so lovely face to forget

for few people leave a mark

and hers is extremely clear.

She has been a living proof

that the harvest is fertile

if there is in the sower

a genuine fondness for life.

We are longing for her now,

and tomorrow she’ll be missed.

She has been a true great friend.
