8.15am - Arrived the destination early as the distance to the company is about 60km around 45 minutes from my house and I want to avoid stuck on the road. The operation hour starts from 
9.00 am. Luckily there's one staff I called her as Kak Nurul arrived earlier than me and I can get into the office early. 

9.00am - All staff arrived around that time. There's two other trainee from MSU College and Uitm Malacca intern at Ambienz Holidays.

10.00 am - Puan Yusnida, HR, Admin and Account Executive gives briefing about company profile, rules in the company, and weekly schedule as guideline for me in 16 weeks. 

11.00 am - Meet the Director of AMBIENZ HOLIDAYS SDN BHD, Dato' Mohammed Najeeb. He also briefly explained about the company.

12-1.00pm - Lunch break

2-00pm-5.45pm Helping staff to make namelist, hotel voucher. Besides, there's customer come to buy package and ticket. So, I get experience on how to search ticket and give price rate to customer.

Today, I make a letter to request  for hotel contract rate as MATTA Fair is around the corner. So, next need to email the letter to the hotels.

Then, I was asked to call Ministry Of Finance about the company license. The license is important as it shows how good the company finance are and it can be used to get any tender from government. After lunch break, I learn and do the bank recon of Maybank account on January. 

Then, I learn a bit on how to do VISA because there's a trip to Perth. Next, i recorded and update staffs attandance record and receipt payment.
