If they commit a serious murder = death penalty. No excuses mannn. No matter what mental illness they have, it still applies to them as they commited a crime.  If they're capable of doing the wrong things, they're not entirely disabled then.

However being mentally disabled is the only exception as it affects one's judgement and thus in my opinion i feel they should not be convicted of the death penalty
