Being Bold and Taking Risks

Providing workshops with my colleagues to demonstrate best practices in using digital tools and resources in my classroom, I also invite some whenever I am introducing new tools in my classroom. However, prior to introducing these in the classroom, I make sure these tools or resources are tried and tested prior to deployment. The challenge for me is that our school is more traditional and does not have a certain standards and procedures in utilizing technology in the classroom. It is more of a personal endeavor rather than a community-wide initiative. I would like to emphasize the critical role of tech coordinators, innovation leads or edtech coaches in this particular context.
