I would like to learn about classroom management and lesson planning. I have met and interacted with so many different types of people and cultures. In a class room, I know that my future students will be of all sorts of different races, backgrounds, and ethnicities. Because of my exposure I know that I will be able to connect with students and be able to understand their backgrounds and be able to teach to their needs. I sometimes do and say a lot of things that people do not think of and I intend to keep it that way in my classroom. I hope to have a classroom that a student can be themselves in. Where they can openly express themselves without feeling embarrassed or being harassed for it. My students will be able to express their ideals on what they would like to learn based on what their interests are then, hopefully, I can find a way to teach them those things in a way that gets my students even more excited about the material. Even with material that might be boring I hope to find fun and interesting ways to teach it. I hope to spark creative minds and aid children into finding what their interests are. A visitor visiting my classroom would see my 2nd or 3rd graders actively engaged and excited with the material.
