As for Transparency we must ensure that Relationship with anyone who involved in the organization, colleague or classmate it is  balance so that nobody feel left behind.

We can implement by communicating thoughts and intentions to one another, being open to listen,  suspending judgement, and keeping our word.
Challenge is that it takes time to build trust and it would not be easy to earn it.
