In my opinion,  the problem that you faced during the gallery management firstly, need to improved the communication skills, if someone send information or talking, there must have a full information about the topic or announcement that their want people to know. Because lack of communication between  team member can twists the right information. The solution for the time management is the leader must make a time table to set up gallery and crew before managing the gallery. For solution, arrange the art work and set layout, the crew can lead to arrange the artwork and it must be done creatively. By following on how to arrange all the artwork in gallery and for the set layout, the crew must measure each place to. For the last solution, team member or unite gallery, the leader must play the role as a leader because she or he will guide all the team member to work together. Other than that, the leader must set rules to all the team member as a guide for all the team member. Lastly, if not enough crew to manage the gallery, the unit can make recruitment to take any volunteer from other faculty or another course in same faculty to participate.

            To solve the problem, it is important to keep a good communication between members. We suggest students to be more optimistic and alert of what happening. Creating a group Whatsapp with responsible people in artwork will make the works much easier, include your lecturer and members. Seek for a professional people on how to handle a good care of artwork such as removing and moved the artwork.

We propose the solution from the problem based on the question what the important area in gallery management. By doing meeting with the owner, discuss what we need in the gallery with kind heart and  make sure the lecturer is understand what is going on for the entire event and manage the gallery management. We can use the QR code to checklist check in and check out the product.

Based on our finding, most of the respondents are having a problem in Publicity and Promotion Unit. This is because some students do not have any ability to create a good or creative promotion while organizing their event. They also do not mastering certain application such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. All this applications are useful for this particular unit. To solve this problem, we offer courses to guide students how to use this applications. Students can join us and improve their skill and ability on how to use this app. After mastering this skill, they can implement it in Publicity and Promotion Unit to make a good poster or advertisement during any event.
