         <description><![CDATA[<div>The diet isn't permanent and the rich fiber you gain in those 3 days don't do much unless it becomes a stable constant in your everyday diet. This can also lead to weight gain when off the diet, which defeats the purpose. There are a lacking of nutrition, vitamins and calories that you cant just get from a certain amount of fruits/vegetables. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- This diet only temporarily makes you lose weight. BUT it is like eating nothing because it doesn't provide you with anything that keeps you full/not hungry. It's like starving yourself to get skinny, its not really a detox in my opinion.<br>- I think this diet by itself is not sustainable however is definitely a big improvement for what the majority of people eat nowadays. If one were to go on this diet Id think it'd just be easier to simple be a vegetarian.</div>]]></description>
