Well, it seems easy to understand, but what about translating? "Tłumacze pracujący szybko lub wolno"? "Tłumacze szybcy i wolni"? (Sounds like "Szybcy i wściekli")

It's also connected with our earlier "szybkość/tempo postedycji" problem!
