         <description><![CDATA[<p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VK_(service)">VKontakte</a>, shortened to VK, is a Russian based <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_media">Social Media Service</a>, That was started in 2006 by brothers, <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pavel_Durov">Pavel </a>and <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikolai_Durov">Nikolai Durov</a>. VK is one other most Controversial social media apps in the world, due to heavy <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_censorship">political censorship</a> and lenient guidelines on Mature content. The social media app has been blamed for many challenges that led to many <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suicide">suicides</a> in the mid 2010s. The most famous being the <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Whale_Challenge">blue whale challenge</a>, which spread worldwide including the US.</p><p><br></p><p>This relates to eastern Europe due to the fact that this is one of the most popular apps in the region WHICH HAS BEEN PROVEN BY OFFICIAL STATISTICS</p>]]></description>

The MEDIA outlet has been shrouded in controversy, including being banned on <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/YouTube">Youtube</a>. and showing sensitive content from the <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annexation_of_Crimea_by_the_Russian_Federation">Russian annexation of Crimea in 2014</a>, and of course being owned and monetized by the <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Western_sentiment">Anti-Western</a> Russian Government.&nbsp;</p><p><br><br></p><p>This is big because it's the main MEDIA source of many eastern europeans and the right alike</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Behemoth, is a Polish<a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackened_death_metal"> blackened death metal band</a>. The band was formed in 1991 in the city of Gdansk, a city in the north of <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poland">Poland</a>. Often considered one of the bands who put the <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_metal_music">Heavy Metal </a>sub genre, <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackened_death_metal">“Blacked Death Metal” </a>on the map. Their lyrics are often very grim, with Remarks of <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Christian_sentiment">Christofobic beliefs</a>, along with A LOT of <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satanism">Satanism</a> being mentioned in song titles and lyrics alike.&nbsp;</p><p><br><br></p><p>This represents eastern europe due to the fact that many people listen and this Metal has a cult like following especially in Poland and the Nordics.</p>]]></description>

Created in 1970, by Georges Bernier, and <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fran%C3%A7ois_Cavanna">Francois Cavanna. </a>The magazine has been scrutinized for its depictions of<a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Politics"> politics</a> and <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religion">religion</a>, including the controversial <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depiction">depiction</a> of the <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/189FS5i28ZGbCoXkj2YEDSCH-HlCJ8EEamsd2N6XUcxA/edit">Prophet Muhamed</a>. After this <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlie_Hebdo_issue_No._1011">cartoon</a> of the prophet muhammed was released, two French born Algerian brothers <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlie_Hebdo_shooting">attacked a Charlie Hebdo office</a> in <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paris">Paris’s</a> <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/11th_arrondissement_of_Paris">11th Arrondissement</a>. The attack took the lives of 12 and injured 11 others. The two brothers were later killed. It was relieved that they were connected to <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Qaeda">Al-Qaeda</a>, a <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_terrorism#:~:text=Islamic%20terrorism%20(also%20known%20as%20Islamist%20terrorism,by%20fundamentalist%20militant%20Islamists%20and%20Islamic%20extremists.&amp;text=From%201979%20to%20April%202024%2C%20five%20Islamic,of%20all%20victims%20of%20Islamist%20terrorist%20attacks.">radical Islamic terror group</a>.</p><p><br></p><p>Charlie Hebdo relates to Europe because its a wildly popular comic with the left wing, and is also read in other European countries besides France</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Technotise: Edit &amp; I, is a 2009 Serbian Animated Sci-Fi thriller. Created and directed by comic artist Aleksa Gaijic. The film is set in 2074 in the Serbian Capital, Belgrade. It Revolves around A Female&nbsp;</p><p>Psychology student, who fails a University Exam 6 times in a row. She then goes to put a brain chip to help her pass. She also takes care of an autistic math genius who discovered the formula that connects all forces in the world. In short he has to save humanity while running from people who want the chop back.&nbsp;</p><p><br><br></p><p>This connects because it's a great example of serbian anime, and trying out foreign styles with a serbian twist.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Secolo d’Italia( or Century of Italy in english) is an Italian Pro-Fascist newspaper. The newspaper was started in <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rome">Rome</a> in the late forties, near the start of the <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post-fascism">Post facism</a> movement in <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italy">Italy </a>which started after <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_War_II">World War ll</a>.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Junge Freiheit (or “Young Freedom) is a German <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Far-right_politics#:~:text=Far%2Dright%20politics%2C%20often%20termed,ultra%2Dnationalism%2C%20and%20nativism.">right wing</a> and <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conservatism">conservative </a>weekly newspaper. Started in 1980 by a then 19 year old <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conservatism">Dieter Stein</a> and his roommates in the north German City of <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freiburg_im_Breisgau">Freiburg im Breisgau</a>. By the mid 90s the newspaper was one of the most popular with the <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Far-right_politics_in_Germany_(1945%E2%80%93present)">Right wing of Germany</a>.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Kaijko and Kokosz is a Polish action packed comic book series. Created by Janusz Chirista, in 1971 and ended in 1992. This series is wildly popular in Poland, and has seen spinoffs by newer artists in recent years and a video game published back in 1994.</p><p><br></p><p>This represents Eastern Europe because it is one of the most popular and loved comics in all of the region. Especially in one of the largest countries in the region, Poland!</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Joy Division were and English Rock band Formed in Salford, Greater Manchester, in 1976. The Band was composed of 4 members, lead singer Ian Curtis, Guitarist and keyboardist, Bernard Sumner, Bassist, Peter Hook, and drummer Stephen Morris. The Band was formed after Members of band the Attend a S-x Pistols Concert in June 1976. Joy Division started as a Punk band, but quickly Switched to a more Post Punk Rock band the. there biggest album to date is "Unknown Pleasures" which is one of the most Famous Post Punk Albums in history. unfortunately, a certain member  of the band was heavily impacted by the success. Lead singer Ian Curtis was deeply effected by the popularity and other personal issues. unfortunately in May of 1980 at age 23 Ian Curtis, committed suicide on the eve of there first north American tour. although the band has been inactive since Curtis's death in 1980, there songs are still played to this day.</p><p><br/></p><p>they because they are a British band the  songs they have made are very down to earth with many people, not just in Europe but in ever corner of the globe.   </p>]]></description>
