Terms and Conditions:
1. Please make sure that you are 101% in ordering before filling-out my forms.

2. If you are a minor, 18 years old below of age, kindly ask for permission from your parents or guardians about you ordering.

3. Cancelations of order/s are strictly prohibited.

4. Since most orders will be pre-ordered, any fortuitious event that will possibly affect the estimated time of arrival in my address may be expected. However, I will not be liable to any delays that may occur as these are way out of my reach. Hence, I am asking for you kindest consideration and patience for this.

5. If you have any concerns with anything, I hope that you will communicate with me first before anything else so we can settle and arrange the said concerns.

6.No shipment of orders until all balances are paid.

7. Any inevitable circumstances during international and local shipping will not going to be my fault as this are going to be handled by a third party courier. To avoid this, I will be:
             - adding optional extra packaging items (bubble wrap, boxes, etc.) that must be shouldered by you. 
             - adding gogoexpress as mode of delivery, as shopee checkout have the risks of not refunding your items in any cases of loss and/or damages.

            - opening special requests under the notes area of my forms. However, all expenses incured must be shouldered by the buyer.

8. Failure to receive items by means of door-to-door may send your parcels back to me. Hence, you will be obligated to pay another shipping fee for this. So, please make sure to be ready in accepting/receiving your parcels.

9. I won't be liable to any manufacturing or any factory defects as this is not something I can control. 

10. No proper documentation and unboxing video of your orders, no refund. (this shall not be edited to show proof to support your claims). Grace period for this will only be for 3 days upon receiving the items.

11. If in any case you failed to read and understand this, I won't be responsible for that anymore.

12. Patience is an absolute must. No bogus buyers, please^^

13. Extension of payments can be considered as long as you it is reasonable. Please do communicate with me about this.

1. Cancelations of orders WILL subject you to a 60% cancelation fee of your total bill.

2. Late fees will occur if you did not pay your items on the stated Date of Payment. Hence, a P20 pesos fee shall be paid for all succeeding days then on.

3. Pasalo Slots will be highly discourage, not unless reason/s is deemed to be valid. You can contact me for this so we can settle. However, once your pasalo request/s will be allowed, a fee of 10% of your total bill per item shall be deemed due and demandable. It must be paid and settled on the agreed date of payment.
